If a replacement vehicle of the same make, model and specification is not available, you will be offered a similar vehicle of identical list price or you can accept the list price. The cost of repair has to exceed 60% of the cost of a new replacement vehicle. Comprehensive cover only. You must be the first owner and registered keeper of the vehicle.
